Can I pay using someone else’s bank account?

We need the money you send to come from your own bank account. As a financially regulated company we need to ensure we know the identity of our customers including the source of the funds. Please note that we are unable to process your transaction if your payment is made from someone else’s bank account and the transaction will be cancelled and refund initiated in line with our refund policy.

How soon will my transaction Be Processed?

Transactions are generally processed only upon receipt of your payment. Please check with your bank that the payment will come through immediately to us. If however, we do not receive your payment within 24hours, the transaction will be auto cancelled by the system.

My Transaction has been cancelled however My payment just came through?

If your payment is received after your transaction has been cancelled, you will need to initiate a new request at the current exchange rate if you wish to still proceed with the transaction.

How long will it take for the funds to get to my recipient?

As soon as you send us your funds, we’ll transfer them to your recipient and you will also be notified that it has been paid out . However, the time it takes for your beneficiary to receive the payment in their bank account is solely dependent on their financial institution. If however, your recipient do not receive the payment in their bank account after 24 hours of receiving our completion notification, please send a mail to info@zazitransfer.com.au

What if I created a transaction with Wrong beneficiary details.

Entering a wrong beneficiary detail at the time of creating your transfer request will result to paying into a wrong account. This is why you need to be 100% sure that the beneficiary details are correct as payment into a wrong account cannot be recovered.
