Can I cancel a Transaction?
As we offer spot transfer; initiating & submitting your transfer means you’ve made a legal commitment to complete the transaction, so it’s best to be 100% sure that you need to make the transfer before submitting. If however you wish to cancel the transfer, please contact support immediately at info@zazitransfer.com.au while we cannot guarantee that the transaction can be cancelled, we will try our best to cancel it.
After you request a cancellation, we will send an email to inform you if the request was successful. Unfortunately, we may not be able to refund a transfer after it has been paid out.
How long does a refund take?
It usually takes up to 7 working days for a refund to be credited back to your bank account after we’ve cancelled your transaction. This can take longer depending on your bank.
Can I recall a paid transfer?
If you wish to recall a transfer after it has been paid, please send your recall request to info@zazitransfer.com.au providing the date of the transaction and the transaction reference number. However, Please note that recall cannot be guaranteed as we have to obtain the consent of the recipient for the recall and the beneficiary must have sufficient money in their bank account to cover the recall.
How long does Recall Take?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a time frame on how long recall takes as this is outside of our control and depends solely on the recipients.
